At Metal Iron, we operate a 12 kW laser cutting machine equipped with a Precitec cutting head, enabling us to work with carbon steel sheets up to 30 mm thick and stainless steel up to 20 mm, guaranteeing precision, efficiency and repeatability on every part — including the most complex geometries.

Our approach is focused on delivering superior quality, from one-off parts to large production runs, always maintaining the highest standard of results.

Tube Laser Cutting

Tube laser cutting is an advanced technique for working with metal tubes and structural profiles of various shapes and sizes. This process is ideal for applications in the automotive, construction and industrial design sectors, delivering precise cuts tailored to exact specifications.

At Metal Iron, we offer tube cutting solutions using state-of-the-art technology, capable of handling angled cuts, standard tubes, articulated tubes, IPN beams, IPE beams, U-profiles and complex designs with outstanding efficiency. Our goal is to deliver flawless results that optimise material usage and meet our customers' expectations.

Tube Bending

Capability to bend profiles, both commercial and custom designs provided by the client, in materials such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and others.

Tube bending capacity from Ø6 mm to Ø76 mm, with a wide range of bending radii available, both fixed and generated.

We also have the capability to develop new tooling designs for tube bending with special radii or unique profiles across a wide variety of radii.

All types of materials with specific bending characteristics can be processed.

For special bending requirements, consultations are welcome and custom solutions are offered.

Sheet bending capacity from 0.3 mm to 30 mm, with a wide range of punches and dies available to obtain different bending radii.

We also have the capability to design and manufacture new tooling for special bending requirements.
